Option 1 — Delete in the App (instant)
Open Dishlo and go to Account → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Option 2 — Delete by Email
If you no longer have the app installed, email us at dishlo.app@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
Account deletion permanently removes:
- Your profile (name and email address)
- All recipes, including AI-generated recipe images
- All meal plans
- All grocery lists and Your Items
- All recipe tags
What May Be Retained
Subscription and transaction records held by the Apple App Store, Google Play, and our subscription processor may be retained as required for financial reporting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Dishlo never has your payment card details.
How to cancel: Google Play — Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Apple — Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
